Poster guidelines

Deadline for abstract submission: April 15, 2014.
The abstracts should be between 500 and 700 words and should include a poster titles and indicate the contact information of the authors. 
The most important objective of the poster session is to offer participants the chance to disseminate their work and establish contacts for further correspondence. For this reason, it is important to feature the following on your poster:   
1. The title of the poster; 
2. The name (s) and institution (s) of author (s); 
3. If possible, the e-mail address of at least one author; 
4. The postal mail address and telephone number of at least one author.

• Poster dimensions: DIN-A0: 120 cm tall x 90 cm wide (48" x 36")
• Posters should be readable from a distance of about 2 meters. 


Abstract submission

Deadline for abstract submission: April 15, 2014.
The abstracts should be between 200 and 400 words. They should contain introductory information about the materials examined, a short description of the aims of the work, the techniques used and the results obtained, including a short  interpretation. 

Abstracts for oral or poster presentation should indicate the intended subject and should be submitted in Portuguese, English, or Spanish. 

Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author by e-mail until April 22, 2014; consequently, an accurate e-mail address is critical.
